Can you guess this personality from Sikkim?
I have so far shared many information that i knew but this time around i would like you people to say who is this person....!!!
So i did not had enough answers as i might had wondered yet a great thanks to Rinchen Madam..atleast for giving it a try...well the above photograph is of our late Chogyal Sir Thutob Namgyal. It is in his name that we have a STNM hospital at Gangtok....Sir Thutob Namgyal Memorail Hospital.

Is he a Chogyal? Looks familiar but cant recollect who he is.
