R.B. Suba from Uttarey, came third with 1:06.09 seconds at 3rd Mega Marathon Manipur held at Imphal on March 8. He won the cash prize of Rs 15,000. Sanjit Luwang and Y. Premila Devi lifted the titles in the men and women’s open categories organised by the United Peoples Front here today.
