This rare photograph was shot when BB Gurung was the CM of Sikkim. It is to be noted that BB Gurung (Goorong) was the Chief Minister of Sikkim for mere 13 days thus creating a record for the shortest term in the political history of Sikkim. He was the Chief Minister of Sikkim from May 11,1984 to May 24, 1984.

ReplyDeleteB B Gurung was chief minister in 1984 and Pandit nehru's death occured in 1964. Is it possible that time gurung was in power. the white hairs of Gurung in 1964 is impossible for me.
