It is not often that you hear of triplets born in Sikkim, and when it happens, it is news. Three girls Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati, named after the great rivers, this triplet was born in the centenary year of the STNM Hospital, Gangtok, on September 27, 2017. Born to the couple Man Bahadhur Tamang and Sapna Tamang from Lingmoo near Yangyang, South Sikkim. Interestingly, her mother told her that the ultrasound report did not mention the triplet.
