hey ...every nerd in gangtok knows this building....and if not the TV tower in the background will surely help them to make their guesses more correct.....anyways keep it going....
I went to Gangtok few months ago, the place is really interesting and i was totally awed by the place and people living there, very sincere enough to win one's heart with kind love & care. I know the tower but my bad luck i was unaware of this palace, seems interesting!
guys....i got scoldings for taking this picture....man..it was a freezing experience..hehe we broke some barricades..got in n took the pic...as fast as we could ...hehe
