Can anyone help me on Sikkim emblem ?
This picture had always attracted me but i know very little about it..can anyone share more light on it.
Well couldnt find anything significant, guess the old article is lost but I managed to find two sites with some interest, one is http://www.flaggenlexikon.de/fsikkim.htm and the other is http://www.jstor.org/pss/4367410 Notice that towards the end of the second web page, it says "the Coat of Arms given to an earlier Chogyal by Lord Curzon as part of Queen Victoria's grandiose imperial design"
There was an article on the Coat of Arms of the State of Sikkim on the internet, not sure if I have a copy of it, will dig it up for you if I can.
