Where is this-5 ?
I am sure there would be no problem identifying this historic playground.
Obviously, but when. My guess is this is after the merger with India. Becuase I remember the Tent on the right top corner was used to draw the just nascent Sikkim Government Lottery. If I recall correctly, the first prize then used to Rupees one lakh plus an ambassador car. The tent you see on the left top corner (Presently we have a gymnasium, and most probably the basketball court) just to house some of the CRPF personnel. In fact the whole of the then Palzor Ground (as it was called then) was CRPF camp after the merger and a very long time after that.
