-Namchi: Four persons have been arrested by the Police in connection with the rape case after they have been alleged to have raped a girl at Tareybhir premises, Sadam South Sikkim. The incident took place in the night of June 13. The Gram Panchayat Secretary N.B. Pradhan made a complaint to the police when he saw the four persons chasing a girl half naked and screaming. The four accused included Prakash Tamang(16 years), Damber Thapa (32 years), Dharma Raj Darji( 23 years), and Arun Tamang who have been booked under section 376/34 of IPC act.
