Rongli: 3rd May 2015:
Government JHS, Rongli under 20 Chujachen Constituency organised a day long
Donation collection to suport earthquake victims for Nepal on 2nd May 2015. An amount
of Rs. 19,132 was collected on the donation drive rally while one day teacher’s
salary of 15,282 was also collected in from the school. The total amount of
34,414 shall be handed over to AEO, HRDD, Regu GVK, reads the press release.
Ganesh Kumar Chettri, Headmaster of the school had thanked every individual
involved for the noble cause.
The day started with the two
minute prayers held at the school in presence of Headmaster, Teachers and
Students. Students started with their individual contribution that was put into
the donation box thereafter they participated in the door to door donation
drive rally. People came forward to support the drive by contributing donation.
