SINGTAM, DECEMBER 25: On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Photographic Society of Sikkim (Singtam), a one-day free basic photography workshop was conducted at Kidzee School, Singtam. Eighteen participants from nearby places of Singtam and beyond had participated. Those included places like Gangtok, Samdong, Rhenock, Kingstone, Ranipool, Singtam, Sang Khola, and others. The cake-cutting celebration was also held on the day The photography workshop had two sessions; indoor and outdoor. The indoor session had talks and discussions on three topics viz. Basics of Photography, Brief Introduction on Camera Insights and Night-Photography by Ujjwal Darjee, Sanket Agarwal, and Roshan Rai respectively, all members of PSS. Outdoor photo-shoot was held at the famed Rani-Khola river-side walkway and the premises of Kidzee School.
