Pradhan Memorial Open Football Tournament 2018 kicks off at Melatar
Ground, Rongli. For the first round two matches would be played each
day. Suresh Rai (RO/AD Rongli Sub Division),
Dilip Raj Pradhan (Managing Director, Mangaldeep Travels & Resort),
Devendra Subba and Gajendra Rai, (Govĕrnment Contractors) were the
Chief Guests of the four matches played.
Jojo IX on the innagural match defeated OPA FC with
three goals to one. In the second match Eagle IX went past Denzong Boys
B with five goals to one. Similarly the next day, two matches was
played, BAC Regu defeated SSS Mulukay with five goals to one. The
afternoon match saw CSA Blue going past Namthang Sporting Club with
three goals to two.
