BCCI’s domestic season
2020-22 started with Sikkim defeating Mizoram by huge margin of 152 runs.
Batting first at Ranchi, the Sikkim boys posted a score of 247 runs in 43 overs
with Arun Chettri and Ankur Malik scoring 58 and 64 runs respectively. Malik
had a terrific day with the bowl too, he too seven wickets with a hattrick,
rest three wickets was taken by the Captain, Tarun Sharma.
Sikkim will be playing a total of 5
matches in the Plate division of the Vinoo Mankad U-19 Tournament against
Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya.
