Shri Jacob Khaling, Political Secretary to Hon'ble Chief Minister was felicitated on the occasion of Indra Jatra 2021 at Golitar, Singtam. He launched the nepali documentary film ‘Indra Jatra’ prepared by the IPR Department on the auspicious occasion of Indra Jatra festival observed at Golitar, Singtam.

Pradhan, representing the Sikkim Newar Guthi were present on the occasion. The
documentary is little over 24 minutes and narrative shots taken on different
places of Gangtok. Old footage of Indra Jatra celebrations held at Sikkim is
also found in the film.
