Aditya Narayan sings nepali song from Kusume Rumal-2

Kusume Rumal is one of my favourite Nepali films The film released in 1985 introduced Udit Narayan as a lead actor in Nepali films. The songs of the film were equally popular that were sung by Udit Narayan, Deepa Jha, and others. Now after 24 years later the new Kusume Rumal-2 is set to be released worldwide. The film does have remix versions of the old songs.

To make the film nostalgic and more memorable one of the songs had been sung by Aditya Narayan, son of Udit and Deepa Narayan Jha. The duet song 'Kusume Rumal' is the new version of the original song. The song is nice to hear and Aditya had sung it with a feeling that touches everyone.

This was a national song of Sikkim sung in the Nepali language during the monarchy system. During the merger with India, the song got banned and later re-released. Two words on the 8th para, which earlier said 'Rajah rah Rani,' were replaced with "Janmah bhumi."     This song was dedicated to the King and Queen of Sikkim. Sikkim has, or had, a flag of white with a red border all round, and a yellow Chakra (fimbriated in red) in the centre."  "...the Chakra [is] a Buddhist symbol representing the Law of Dharma , or eternal change."
