Coelogyne pantlingii, a new orchid species discovered in Sikkim in 2005

This orchid variety named Coelogyne pantlingii  had been discovered by Indian botanist Sudhizong Lucksom in Sikkim in 2005. This floral beauty finds place among the 21 new orchid species as reported in WWF report in August 2009. Photograph courtesy Sudhizong Lucksom/WWF Nepal

Two words on the 8th para, which earlier said 'Rajah rah Rani,' were replaced with "Janmah bhumi."     This song was dedicated to the King and Queen of Sikkim. Baba Harbhajan Singh: A story of a dead sepoy

Believe it or not, but it is true, a kind story in the world- a man from an Indian army on a Nathula border is still doing his duty even after his death some three decades back. 60km from Gangtok towards the panoramic view of the Nathula landscape, a road leads towards the valley of Kupup.
