18.11.21: The Smoke Testing Centre at Singtam, Golitar was officially inaugurated by Sunita Gautam, Chairperson RDD in a small function attended by distinguished guests. Suresh Tamang, (President Singtam Nagar Panchayat), Hari Dangal, (CLC President 18th West Pandam), LN Pradhan, (President, Sikkim Govt. Retired Employees Welfare Association, Singtam Branch), Deepak Pradhan, Binod Pradhan, Manoj Pradhan and Ganesh Pradhan were among the Special Guests who attended the program. Dhiraj Pradhan is the owner of the Smoke Testing Centre, first of its kind in Singtam and its surrounding.

The song lyrics were penned by Sanu Lama, and the music was composed by Dushyant Lama. The song was first sung on the birth anniversary of Chogyal Palden Thondup Namgyal on April 4, 1970, at Gangtok by Aruna Lama, Dawa Lama, and Manikamal Chettri.
