Bermoik Tshlamthang is half hour drive from Singtam. This silent village holds a special place in the historical legacy of Sikkim. Here lies a century year old three storey traditional nepali house that has witnessed the transformation of the small Himalayan kingdom of Sikkim to the democratic state of mighty Indian Union. Gopi Chandra Subba, the present day owner of the house had told that he had bought this house from Bishnu Chandra Sapkota in 1969. He said that an elderly local from Bermoik at his ripe age of 95 who is still alive had said that he had heard about this house in his childhood, which makes this house as old as 160 years, told Subba. The specialty of this heritage house is that no nails had been used during its construction. The materials then used were mud and wood. Some 8 years back Culture Department had given a grant of Rs 50000 and during 18/7 Sikkim Earthquake they did received a grant of Rs. 30000.

The Bahá'í House of Worship in Delhi, India, popularly known as the Lotus Temple due to its flowerlike shape, is a Bahá'í House of Worship and also a prominent attraction in Delhi. It was completed in 1986 and serves as the Mother Temple of the Indian subcontinent. It has won numerous architectural awards and been featured in hundreds of newspaper and magazine articles

Delhi Iskcon Temple built by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) is a marvelous place to be with. Initiated by Acharya Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, ISCKON is a society that belongs to Hare Rama Hare Krishna cult. The original name of this temple is Sri Radha-Parthasarthy Temple. Being made by the ISCKON, the temple is popular by the name of Isckon Temple.

Praveen Daju  in-front of the folk dance group outside Red Fort Lahore Gate I was at Red Fort after almost 14 years. This was the only place I had been on my Delhi tour in 1996. The small bazaar inside the Red Fort mesmerized me to the old Mughal world. Inside there was a museum that i do have a faint memory of from my last visit and the Mughal Emperor throne to conduct a local bazaar.

We know it as Jama Masjid but originally called Masjid-i-Jahan Numa, this is India's most famous and the largest mosque. Completed in 1656 after five years of vigorous hardship the place showers a beautiful presentation of all religions' presence. Jama Masjid is also called the Friday congregational mosque and means the mosque commanding a view of the world.  The mosque is a real example of great architecture that existed during the Mughal period. It has a blend of both Hindu and Mughal styles of architecture. 25000 worshipers can attend the prayers at this mosque. Jama Masjid has three gates, two minarets - 40 meters in height, and four towers. The minarets are made up of red sandstone and white marbles bearing stripes of black color.  Jama Masjid used to be the main mosque of Shah Jahan.
