09.03.22: Special screening of Anmol Jeewan, a Nepali Short Film was held at Community Hall, Singtam on March 6, 2022. The film was written, produced, and directed by Praja Pradhan under the banner of Shaphal Films. The film was based on human values. International Strength Lifting Gold Medalist Pema Dorjee Bhutia was the Chief Guest of the day. The other highlights of the day were the release of the annual calendar of Face Zylish 2022 S-II from the hand of the Chief Guest and the other guests. Grishmita Sharma,1st Runners-up of the beauty pageant was also present on the occasion.  Similarly, a film poster of Anmol Jeewan was also released by the guests. Kishore Dungmali ’s latest nepali movie venture “ Anmol Tshan ” is all set to have a grand premiere at Manan Kendra Bhawan, Gangtok on 22nd of this month. Sneha Rai of Majhitar and Shalom Kabo along with child artist Anurup Rai are the central characters of the movie. The story of Anmol Tshan depicts the life of the ordinary people. The film was shot at beautiful locations of Sikkim , Kalimpong and Kolkata .   The film had been the taking point in the nepali speaking populations of Sikkim, West Bengal , Assam and other parts of India since few months after its promotional audio was leaked and had gone viral. Anmol Tshan is the second film under the banner of Sinai Enterprises produced by Kishore Dungmali which had earlier made a popular nepali film Angalo Yo Maya Ko starring Indian Idol Prashan Tamang . The film is directed by Anmol Gurung , a young Mass Communication Post Graduate. After its premiere at Sikkim, film will be screnned worldwide.

Sikkimese producer Kishor Dungmali Rai ’s Nepali Feature Film “Anmol Chhan” A Christmas in September has tied up with Sikkim First FM Station Radio Misty . The Music release of the movie is scheduled to be held at Radio Misty FM Station after Dusshera holidays. Previously Radio Misty 95 FM was a radio partner for Mr. Dungmali’s Indian Idol acted flick “Angalo Maya Ko” also. Gangtok , Nov. 22 : The first Nepali film made entirely in Sikkim with an all-Sikkimese cast will have its premiere in a theatre here on Sunday. The film's Promos, Tyag , currently dominates local cable and radio channels. The premiere will be held at the Vajra Theatre in Baluakhani here. “We shot the entire film within the state. We especially wanted to highlight the beautiful locations of Sikkim,” said Ranjit Singh , who has written and directed Tyag. Singh has woven the story of Tyag around the lead pair of Devang Sunar and Nivedita Pariyar, both upcoming actors from Sikkim. Though mounted as a mainstream commercial film, Tyag does touch upon subjects like the exploitation of women and AIDS . Kaala Multimedia Centre, Gangtok, has produced the film, the shooting for which began on May 20.  The total budget of the film is around Rs 40 lakh.
