SO SWEET and I HATE YOU!!

Dear Bebay SO SWEET,  and I HATE YOU!!  These were the first two sentences I heard from you, and believe me, I told myself I love you. Over the years, I have wondered days and nights about what the first sentences you would toss at me would be. I am not amazed or surprised by your 'I hate you’ phrase; I can see through your outlook behind those straightforward expressions you had picked it up. I always talk to myself when it comes to you? Read my lines I do talk to myself; well most of the time. Life is always full of paradoxes, and we all need to admit those facts. I cannot reshuffle those bygone moments that you and I missed. The moment we lost will always haunt us, and I do feel it is the same with me. I do not have anything to add to that unhappiness; it was my loss, too. I am equally affected by it to date. But if truth prevails, I am sure it is near you. Do look at your surroundings to find the truth that you, too, need to know. The sounds of a clap don't c...

Happy 12th Birthday Bebay

Well Bebay The hug between us is still waiting, and believe me, I miss it the most when I recall you and your 'blank submission' upon me each day. I may not be of any subject to you, yet I cannot take your chapter from my heart and place it somewhere else. Happiness every time does not mean satisfaction that you enjoy; happiness is also weeping inside for that tight hug.  It's your birthday. My best wishes to you are warmth, sound health, good education, and better days ahead. I get missed calls from unknown numbers, and I sometimes tell myself ...bebay tah hoina !!

Happy New Year 2018 Bebay

Hi Bebay Yet another year has started, and I still haven't met you. You must have dead emotions by now, but I think of you every day and tell myself you must be doing well.  I might not have answers to your thousands of questions you might be thinking and looking for its answers; I too have thousands of words for you but I cannot confide to anyone. When I think of you, I am alone, when I want to talk about you with others I am alone. With each passing day, my hope of meeting you and hugging you deepens. I want to hold you and cry along with you. Chooree!! I love you, and it is hidden within me only.  I hope someday you will flip over the pages of this blog and reply to me. With lots of love - Happy New Year to you. Your Baba

Happy Birthday Chhori

Happy Birthday, Chhori... Wishing you your 7th birthday with lots of love and warmth. I do miss you! I still remember your words the last time we met. I am sure this year, too, you will expect me on your day. Bebay, it is the irony of life. I want to visit you and be with you, yet it isn't as simple as your small heart thinks. My love for you has always been from the core of my heart and will always be. You are always remembered and loved. Being an example for others is all I can say, and I pray for you. Love aye Baba

Hi Bebay!! Happy 6th Birthday to you

Hi Bebay!! Happy Birthday to you This is your 6 th birthday. No matter how far we remain, you are always remembered and missed in this corner of the heart. These words are without any reason, and sometimes, I can't help myself imagine what's going on in your small mind. The world is an illusion, and we see only those things that we are told or we are always told (?). It depends on how you look at it.  You are too young to feel the weight of these small words, and yet I am making you believe that there is a big place for you in this core of my small heart. No matter what, people around you won't let you feel it. It might take years to flip over this page of my blog (you will be surprised to read that this blog is for you; here, you will get everything that I could not teach you), but when you do it, you shall have a different aura to greet you. Love aye Baba

My first hailstone experience at Dalapchand

My first hailstone experience at Dalapchand today, it was exciting and fun too. I am out here since last one year but it was today only that i witnessed the hailstone.  I am remembering my daughter as it was me and her enjoying the hailstone out at Singtam some few years back.

My daughter's first academic certificate

Sristikaa Pradhan, my 3 and half year old daughter received her first academic certificate yesterday on her Rhymes Competition at her Nursery class. She stood first among 20 odd students. She studies at King George Academy at Singtam

Its not a joke...but

This evening i was teaching my 2 and half year old daughter some english lessons, the first and perhaps the only word i could teach today was a word " father". My daughter calls me "Baba", so i wanted her to know it's father in english and i told her....Baba means father in english...F..A...T...H...E...R ....and i asked her to repeat it with me F..A...T...H...E...R...., but my daughter promptly replied and i was clean bowled she pronounced it B..A..D..H..A...R. I never knew father sound so close to Badhar. Well Badhar is for monkey in nepali, i am scared what shall be the next lesson i shall teach her and what shall i be hearing from her.
