  Mr I. B. Pradhan, a recipient of the prestigious STATE TEACHERS' AWARD 2021, a Primary Teacher of Government Secondary School, Lingtam was felicitated by Sikkim Teachers' Association, Regu Block on the 16th December, 2021.
