Today I found this old pamphlet of Sakyamuni Project - Tathagata Tsal from my files. This one was published some ten years back in 2010

Ravangla , 5 th April: Pawan Chamling reached Ravangla today on the 7 th day of the 10-day long Sikkim Vijay Sankalp Rally . People from Barfung , Temi-Namphing , Rangang-Yangang , and Sangha constituencies joined in the event. The event was widely streamed and about 3 lakh people tuned in on social media. Chamling informed the crowd of SDF’s development plans for the state. He said that the ropeway and skywalk in Yangang which is currently under construction will lead to the development of the constituency into a tourist hot-spot, which will ultimately lead to the overall development of the state. He further added that world-class sewage management will be developed in Ravangla. New Heaven Dance Institute, Singtam, East Sikkim is all set to come with state-level dance competition “Sikkim Dance Ka Maha Mukabla” to nurture the local promising talents within the state to the national level under the banner of Red Panda Rover Crew, Singtam. “Sikkim Dance Ka Maha Mukabla” is to begin on June 10, 2010, at Gorkha Dharamsala, Singtam. The dance competition shall feature junior and senior groups. The junior dance competition shall have participants below 14 years and feature solo dance while for the senior category, the competition participants should be above 14-24 years and they have to compete in a group dance. A group dance category shall feature 9 participants.  Winners of the Junior Category shall be rewarded with Rs 10,000 while the first runner-up shall be presented with Rs 5,000 along with trophies and certificates respectively. { Much before Ravangla was claimed 'the home of volleyball in Sikkim’; it was Singtam that had its synonyms with the game of volleyball. } Singtam is a major business 'power-house' town in the state of Sikkim and also the gateway to the other three districts of Sikkim. Once known in and across the state for its volleyball skills; Singtam of today is a crowded bazaar. Every small space in Singtam is filled with household buildings and shopping complexes. Old folks still talk about those golden days of the volleyball matches that were played here and how the small town of Singtam then had its own dignity and supremacy. Looking back at those bygone days when volleyball was not only a game but a religion, it is nothing more of nostalgia.
