New Delhi, December 11: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Monday submitted its probe report to the Supreme Court on the citizenship issue of Congress parliamentarian from Assam Mani Kumar Subba after dilly-dallying on the matter for nearly a year.   The CBI submitted its report in a sealed cover to the bench of Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan and Justice R.V. Raveendran. The bench will decide later whether to make the report public.   The CBI had begun the probe into the citizenship of the Assam lottery baron on the directions of the apex court.
