August 25, Singtam : Neelam Tamang, from Chisopani, East Sikkim wins State Level Online Patriotic Song Competition 2021 organized by 75 th   Independence Day Celebration Committee, Sang in association with Saphal Films held at Community Hall, Sang. Sajan Baraily and Krishna Dhungel both from Uttaray, East Sikkim and Bermoik Namphing, South Sikkim received 1st and 2nd Runner-Up trophies respectively. The function was started with limited audiences graced by the presence of Sonam Tshering Venchungpa, MLA Martam Rumtek Constituency as the Chief Guest. Blen Tshering Targain, Joint Director, Forest Department was the Guest of Honour of the day.
