21-year-old Sangey Udenla from Gangtok has been selected for the Doordarshan Primetime Television Serial “Ek Tha Rusty” based on Ruskin Bond's famous author. Shooting for the serial will take place at Mussoorie, Dehradun.   She is one of the findings of Sikkim Model Hunt 2012. She is a final year student of Political Science (Hons) at Daulatram College, New Delhi.

Pappu can't dance sala but Bhaichung Bhutai can. Except for some facial expressions, Bhaichung did a fantastic job. Bhaichung managed step by step to his choreographer Sonia Jaffrey. It was for the very first time Bhaichung Bhutia was performing on television apart from doing some soccer chat shows. The third season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa aired on Sony TV had something surprised for its viewer when they roped the soft-spoken Bhaichung who was the last moment replacement for another sportsman Vijendra Singh and as Bhaichung told he wanted to overcome his fear of dancing. Great going Agya Bhaichung. We love you.

Darjeeling-based Robin Gurung is all set to make his debut as a music composer for a Kannada film "THALI KATTUWA SHUBHA VELE" and "RUNANU BANDHA RUPENA". Gurung is in Bangalore and had worked in over 35 television serials as background music and music director.  He has also done two short films "BELULI NUNGURA" and an ENGLISH "YOU NEVER KNOW".
