State School shows impressive results GANGTOK, May 20: The State has registered an impression show in the Class X ICSE and Class XII ISC results this year, which was declared by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) nation-wide yesterday. All eight CISCE affiliated Schools in the State have produced good results this year. In the East District, Tashi Namgyal Academy, the premier institute of the State registered a 100 percent pass in Class XII ISC examinations. All 119 who appeared for the exams passed. Tshering Yanden Bhutia, Commerce stream, is the topper with 95 percent in ISC, While Meghna Dutta has capped the ISCE with 96 percent. A total of 140 students had appeared for the ISCE exams in which all passed except one candidate. Two students got distinctions in ICSE- 2 above 90 percent, while there were five distinctions in ISC.
