SINGTAM, FEBRUARY 03: The valediction program of month long Newa Language Speaking and Learning Course concluded at Nepali Dharamsala at Singtam. Presentation of prizes and mementos was the highlight of the day long program. Shyam Pradhan, MLA Arithang was the Chief Guest of the day. Around 57 students of all walk of age had registered for the Newa class. Other distinguished guests present on the occasion included Dilu Kr.
