G.M. Gurung of Rangpo, East Sikkim, was felicitated by the hand of the Hon'ble Chairman of Sikkim Film Board, Shri Uttam Pradhan, on the eve of the 71st Independence Day Ceremony held at Sakyong Chisopani School ground for his utmost contribution to the village since many years.
