Organized by the Janahit Library, the Saraswati Puja ceremony was concluded on the date 31-1-71 in Rongli Bazaar.

On the morning of Sunday, 31-1-71, the worship of Mother Saraswati and a competitive literary seminar were held. On this occasion, some local youths also participated in the seminar as non-competitors.

The winners of the competition were:
